Location

The site is situated on the east side of Pontyclun and has frontage onto Coed Cae lane. Junction 34 of the M4 is approximately 6 miles to the south east and is accessed via the A473 and A4119.

Description

The site comprises the former Hepworth concrete pipes and totals 21 acres which is being completely developed and a range of buildings available include mainly new and some refurbished units.
