Location

The site is situated fronting Penarth Road about 200 meters from the junction with Hadfield Road on the West side of Cardiff. Penarth Road is one of the main arterial roads into Cardiff and the property is about 2 miles from the city centre. The nearby A4232 provides easy access to J33 of the M4 about 7 miles to the North and Cardiff Bay about 2 miles to the South. Description
